Rates vary based on the time of year.  This popular property is found on multiple internet sites but when you book through this origination site you will save between 10%-20% in commission fees from the other sites.  Email us directly and we will give you a quote.  There is a $85 cleaning fee that we pay after each stay.  If you stay 7 or more days usually there is a discount.  No pets or extra guests are allowed without owner approval. Please see calendar below for dates that are available. 

To reserve your stay, a 25% deposit is taken upon booking with the remainder being due at least 30 days before arrival.  A security deposit is required before arriving to the property. This security deposit is completely refunded within one week of your departure.   Payment can be made by check PayPal, electronic transfer, Apple Pay, ect.  Payment can be made by credit card but any fees associated would be guest responsibility.  There is no charge for cancellations more than 60 days out.  Less 60 days out, 25% of deposit is kept.  Less 30 days out, 50% of deposit is kept.  Cancellations made less than 14 days before booking are non-refundable.  Please note that if you need to cancel, we will try our best to fill the days you had reserved. If we or you are able to fill the reserved days we will refund your deposit in full.  Extenuating circumstances can be reviewed at the discretion of the owners.
